This program is designed for players who want more than standard gym sessions. It is a complete football performance service, built on structure, consistency, and professional methodology used in elite football environments.
More Than Football Gym Sessions
Players attend two football-specific gym sessions per week at Salveo Health & Fitness. However, the service goes far beyond those sessions.
Each player also receives a daily football training program through the IOAKIM.TRAINING app. This allows continuous guidance, structured weekly planning, and ongoing monitoring of progress outside the gym environment.
The result is a personal football fitness experience that supports performance, recovery, and long-term development throughout the season.
Training Structure Built for Real Life
Training sessions operate within a 90-minute availability window (14:30–16:00), allowing flexibility for parents and players.
Active football gym training lasts between 60 and 75 minutes, depending on age, session focus, and individual needs. This structure ensures high-quality work without unnecessary fatigue, while accommodating real-life arrival and departure times.
Group Football Training With Personal Support
Football is a team sport, so players train together in a structured group environment. At the same time, not all players train in the same way.
Shared routines create rhythm and flow, while key strength elements are adapted personally based on age, physical profile, and development stage. This balance allows both collective energy and individual progression.
To maintain quality, safety, and proper supervision, participation is limited to only 10 players.

As shown above, players in our program receive guidance every day, not only on gym training days. This includes activation, mobility, core work, stretching, and recovery, delivered through the IOAKIM.TRAINING app to ensure consistency throughout the week.
On match days, it is essential that players reach the required physical demands, such as load, sprint exposure, and high-speed running. When match involvement is not sufficient, a post-match plan is provided to safely complete the necessary work and maintain performance readiness.

Strength and Power
After activation and warm-up, players move into structured football-specific strength training in the gym. This phase develops strength, stability, and power transfer essential for football performance.
Although players train together, loads, progressions, and exercise variations are adjusted individually to ensure safe and effective physical development.
Speed and Reaction
Football performance depends on quick reactions and efficient movement. This phase focuses on reaction, coordination, acceleration, and football-specific movement patterns.
Drills are dynamic, engaging, and adapted to each age group, helping players improve decision-making and movement efficiency under realistic conditions.
Mobility and Core
Quality movement starts with control. Mobility and core work are integrated throughout the session to support better technique, improve movement efficiency, and reduce injury risk.
This foundation allows players to perform strength and speed work with greater stability and confidence.
Flexibility and Recovery
Each session finishes with a guided cool-down and recovery phase, including flexibility and breathing work. This supports physical adaptation, protects player health, and prepares the body for the next training session or match.
