The needs of today’s football player are many. Our experience has shown that a player must work far more than they currently do if they want to reach a high level. This work must take place both on and off the field, as 60 or 90 minutes of training alone is not enough.

IOAKIM.TRAINING is once again pioneering, offering personalized online training through our application — a service that allows us to train together daily, not just 1–2 times per week.

how its done

Video call

We start with a video call, during which we get to know each other better and you share your goals, ambitions, and current football fitness level. Together, we then define clear objectives, set the framework, and explain exactly what needs to be done to achieve them. Once everything is agreed upon, we proceed with the design of a fully specialized and personalized program.

Customized
Program

After our video call, you will receive your personalized football training plan through our application, designed to maximize your performance. Tailored specifically to your needs and goals, it will include everything we discussed to support your development. The program consists of daily training focused on specific objectives such as improving physical condition, strength, injury prevention, flexibility, and more — all with the sole aim of unlocking your full potential.

Through our application, by phone, or via WhatsApp, you can contact me with any questions you may have. We are here to support and guide you until you achieve your goal. Additionally, you will have access to an online community of like-minded players to share opinions, concerns, and experiences.

I will be by your side, monitoring your program and keeping you accountable for its implementation. I will assess your progress and provide regular feedback, giving you the motivation you need to stay on track while continuously challenging and improving your program with new exercises that push you closer to your goal.

CARDIOVASCULAR ENDURANCE

Aerobic Base: Capacity to sustain moderate effort for long periods (the foundation of football fitness).
Anaerobic Threshold: Highest intensity maintainable without excessive lactic acid buildup.
VO2 Max: Maximum rate of oxygen your body can use, indicating power potential.

 

SPEED & AGILITY

Linear Speed: Straight-line sprinting.
Multi-directional Speed: Changing direction rapidly (crucial for dribbling, dodging tackles).
Reaction Time: How quickly you respond to a signal (ball movement, opponent changes, sound).

FLEXIBILITY & MOBILITY

Flexibility: The range of motion around a joint.
Mobility: Ability to move within that range with control.

STRENGTH & POWER

Strength: The maximum force muscles can generate (think tackles, holding off defenders).
Power: Generating force quickly (vital for jumps, explosive sprints, powerful shots).
Core Stability: Maintaining a strong midsection through movement (enhances balance, shooting accuracy).

Our plan is to create programs that to mimic football game’s  demands and prepare you for worst case senarios also to develop young football players to be ready when their time will come!

All tests, measurements and trainings are recorded in our database so we can re-evaluate and compare your results every month.
